Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made on our website for:

  • “Home IV Therapy & Injection Services” (on-site at the customer’s location in California)
  • Pre-packaged Injection Kits that we deliver to customers with instructions.
    Payment for both services and kits is processed via card, handled through PayPal, and we do not store full bank/credit card details on our site.

2. General policy

Because our business involves medical services and medically supplied kits, certain items may be non-refundable or non-returnable (for reasons of health, safety, hygiene, or regulatory compliance). However, we strive to treat every request fairly and in accordance with California consumer protection law.

3. Returns of Kits

  • If you purchase a Kit and it is delivered to you, you may request a return only if the kit is unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and delivered within a condition that allows us to accept it (i.e., safe for re-processing, if applicable).
  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (or such other period as we may specify and clearly display).
  • To initiate a return, you must contact us at +1 (424) 250-2200; info@glowflowiv.com and obtain a return-authorization.
  • You are responsible for shipping the kit back to us unless otherwise agreed. The kit must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned kit, we will issue a refund of the purchase price less any shipping and handling costs we incurred (if applicable), within 10 business days.
  • Kits that have been opened, used, or compromised for hygiene/sterility reasons cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Services (Home IV Therapy & Injection Services)

  • For home-visit IV therapy or injection services, once the service has been provided (i.e., the appointment has taken place and treatment administered), the payment is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel or request to reschedule your service and we are able to accommodate (depending on our cancellation/rescheduling policy), we will treat that in line with our separate Service Terms (see Terms & Conditions).
  • If you believe the service was materially deficient (e.g., not provided as described), you must contact us within 48 hours after service completion to discuss your concern. We will evaluate and may in our discretion offer partial credit, refund, or make-up service.

5. Delivery times

  • For Kits: We deliver within 1-2 business days in the area specified (California). If delivery is delayed, please contact us – this does not automatically qualify the order for refund.
  • For Services: Appointment times will be confirmed and any delay will be communicated.

6. Disclosure under California law

  • Under California Civil Code § 1723, when a retailer (including an online vendor) chooses to adopt a return, refund or exchange policy that is more restrictive than a full cash or credit refund, or equal exchange, the policy must be conspicuously displayed. codes.findlaw.com
  • We have displayed this policy prominently on our website so as to comply.
  • California law does not require us to accept returns or refunds for all goods/services, but if we choose not to offer refunds, we must display that limitation clearly. Seyfarth Shaw

7. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

  • Any items or services marked “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable”, or similar, are excluded from return/refund eligibility.
  • Kits that are opened, used, or whose packaging is broken, or that are delivered more than 7 days ago, will be treated as final sale.
  • Services once performed are final, except as noted above under section 4.

8. Refund method

If a refund is approved, it will be credited back using the same payment method used at purchase via our PayPal processor. It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

10. Changes to policy
